I'm a curious, open-hearted Certified Professional Coach who is motivated by seeing people live to their fullest potential with ease and joy.
I blend my experience working at large companies, building teams and growing leaders with tools acquired through coaching training. This ensures transformation that reflects the multi-faceted nature of our lives.

What is coaching?
I believe that in all of us is a higher self, that over time can get obscured by a lot what work, our families and life wants from us. Coaching can be a powerful tool to help us get back in touch with that self, and live from a more authentic place.

Ok so, what exactly is it?
Coaching is focused on asking the questions you may not be asking yourself. It's not about giving advice, but rather being an intrepid guide for your transformation.

How long are sessions, and where?
Sessions are about 45 minutes long, and can be done in person or over the phone. You'd be surprised at how much magic can happen over the old-school telephone, but it helps to be in a comfy and quiet place. A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended to start seeing results.

How do I prepare?
You'll come to each session with a topic you want to focus on, and the magic unfolds from there.

How is coaching different than therapy?
Coaching is rooted in the present, with a focus on concrete actions you can take now to feel more fulfilled. Many people rely on both therapy and coaching to help them address their full scope of exploration.

What will I get out of it?
There are no guarantees, but many people have reported clarity on something that's been gnawing at them, improved relationships, a feeling of lightness and the spark to attack something they have been putting off.
